Foundation
This class focuses on developing physical and mental body awareness through challenging yet easy-to-follow ballet- and yoga-inspired choreography. This full-body class is the perfect starting point for beginners and a refreshing refresher for those with more experience. After each class, you'll feel and see improvements as your posture, strength, and flexibility are pushed beyond your limits. (All levels) (50 min)
Ballet Sculpt
After building a solid foundation, it's time to push yourself further. Barre work is more complex, faster, and will test your balance. Point your toes, press your shoulders down, and don't forget to breathe. While each class is a total-body workout, each class will have a different focus each day to ensure growth and leave you wanting more. (All Levels) (50 min)
Ballet Burn
Ready to sweat? This adrenaline-fueled class will leave you cleansed inside and out. A combination of low-impact strength and toning exercises in this short but intense class will give you the energy boost you need. This class uses heavier weights, as well as ankle and wrist weights. (All levels) (45 min)
Flow
This is a slow, deep flexibility and mobility class. It includes yoga movements but is not a yoga class and will also include stretching and barre movements. A perfect recovery class and a supplement to help improve your range of motion and relieve pain. (All levels) (50 min)
