Foundation

This class focuses on building the physical and mental awareness of your body through signature challenging but easy-to-follow ballet-yoga inspired choreography. This full-body class is the perfect place to start for beginners and to re-awaken those with more experience. After every class you will feel and see an improvement as your posture, strength and flexibility are pushed past your limits. (All levels) (50 min)


Ballet Sculpt

After you have built a strong foundation, it is time to push yourself further. The barre work is more complex, faster moving and will challenge your balance. Point your toes, press your shoulder down and don’t forget to breathe. Although each class is a full body class, each class will have a different focus every day to guarantee growth and keep you wanting more. (Intermediate/Advance) (50 min)


Sweat & Sculpt

Ready to sweat? This heart pumping class leave you feeling cleansed from the inside out. A combination of medium-impact dance cardio moves and toning exercises in this short but powerful class will give you the energy boost you desire.

Stretch & Flow

This is a slow moving deep flexibility and mobility class. Including movements of yoga but not a yoga class and will also include stretching and movement at the barre. A perfect recovery class and supplement to help improve your extensions and relieve soreness.  (All levels) (50 min)
